On September 18, 2006 Mosquito Death Squadron gave the OK for archive.org:
> My name is Jason Mullinax and I am a member of the group Mosquito Death
> Squadron. I would like our band to become members of the Live Music
> Archive. Here is a taping policy that was prepared for us:
>
> *House rules apply; audio taping is subject to the
> restrictions and policies of each venue.
> *Audience audio taping is permitted at all shows where
> we are the headlining band. For shows when another
> band is headlining, that band's policy applies for our
> set.
> *NO video taping, unless specific permission is
> granted.
> *NO soundboard patches.
> *The recording is yours, but the music is ours: Please
> DO NOT sell the recordings.
> *Trading of live shows is encouraged. NO SELLING.
> *Remember: Taping is a privilege. Please be courteous
> and respectful to those around you. If there is a
> designated taper's section, you must use it.
> *The band reserves the right to revoke permission to
> tape at certain shows (we might be recording for our
> own release).
> *Lastly, please contact us after you have recorded so
> we may arrange to receive a copy of the show.
